Princess Anastasia-Luise Alexandra Elisabeth Jutta Sibylle Marie-Auguste Henriette of Anhalt[1][2] (German: Anastasia-Luise Alexandra Elisabeth Jutta Sibylle Marie-Auguste Henriette, Prinzessin von Anhalt[2]) (born 22 December 1940) is a Princess of Anhalt and a member of the House of Ascania by birth and a Princess and Duchess of Saxony, Margravine of Meissen, and titular Queen consort of Saxony through her marriage to Maria Emanuel, Margrave of Meissen.

Birth

Anastasia was born on 22 December 1940 in Regensburg, Bavaria, Germany[1][2]the only child[1][2] of Prince Eugen of Anhalt and his wife Anastasia Jungmeier[1][2] and a granddaughter[1][2] of Eduard, Duke of Anhalt, the penultimate ruler of the Duchy of Anhalt.

Anastasia married Prince Maria Emanuel of Saxony, eldest child and son[1][2] of Friedrich Christian, Margrave of Meissen and his wife Princess Elisabeth Helene of Thurn and Taxis,[1][2] on 23 June 1962 in Vevey, Vaud, Switzerland.[1][2] Anastasia and Maria Emanuel did not have children.[1][2]
